I pursued my doctorate in business administration and spent years teaching, researching, and leading various academic initiatives. Over time, I took on administrative roles, focusing on curriculum development, industry collaborations, and faculty mentorship. These experiences, along with my commitment to student success, eventually led me to the role of Dean.
