Vaisakhi Celebration at Lamrin Tech Skill University | A Colorful Tribute to Culture and Community

Lamrin Tech Skill University came alive with vibrant colors, spirited music, and heartfelt tradition as students, faculty, and staff gathered to celebrate the joyous festival of Vaisakhi. The event was a delightful blend of cultural pride, student talent, and community spirit, making it a memorable occasion for everyone present.

Vaisakhi, a significant harvest festival in Punjab, marks the beginning of the Sikh New Year and commemorates the formation of the Khalsa in 1699 by Guru Gobind Singh Ji. True to the spirit of the festival, the university campus was adorned with traditional decorations, and the atmosphere was filled with energy and enthusiasm.

The celebration began with a soulful prayer invoking blessings for prosperity and unity.

Dr. Parvinder Singh, Vice Chancellor of Lamrin Tech Skill University, addressed the gathering and emphasised the importance of cultural heritage in shaping well-rounded professionals. “At Lamrin, we believe in nurturing not just skilled individuals but also culturally rooted, socially responsible citizens. Festivals like Vaisakhi remind us of our rich legacy and the strength of unity,” he said.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks and a message of harmony and inclusiveness. The celebration of Vaisakhi at Lamrin Tech Skill University was not just a festival, but a reaffirmation of the values of togetherness, gratitude, and cultural pride.
