

Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab (LTSU) successfully concluded an intensive two-week industry-led learning programme in collaboration with experts from L&T, aimed at strengthening practical and industry-aligned competencies among students of the University School of Engineering & Technology (USET).
Programme Overview
The programme focused on delivering hands-on training across key technical and design domains, including:
- Microprocessors and Cyber-Physical Systems
- Manufacturing Graphics
- Design Frameworks and Design Thinking
Through expert-led sessions, students gained practical exposure to real-world applications and industry best practices.
Structured Learning for Multiple Disciplines
The training was conducted in a phased manner to ensure focused engagement:
- Electronics and Mechanical Engineering students attended sessions on 20th–21st November
- Electrical Engineering students participated in sessions on 1st–2nd December
This structured approach enabled discipline-specific learning while maintaining strong industry relevance.

The programme was led by experienced industry professionals from L&T, including Ms. Bharathi, Dr. Mahesh Kulkarni, and Mr. Gowtham Kesavan, whose guidance and insights added significant value to the learning experience.
