LTSU situated in Ropar is well-connected with the beautiful city (Chandigarh). It offers transport facility to its students and faculty members on very nominal charges. The buses ply on different routes of Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh areas to pick and drop the students. Our Bus drivers are highly qualified and are licensed by the RTO to drive college buses to ensure the full safety of both the students & staff members.
The students are spared from the difficulty of commuting to the University by public transport. The transport facility is also a significant contributor of inculcating an element of punctuality among the students. Bus Facility is also available for students & faculty members for industrial visits, field trips and other academic activities.
To avail the transport facility, it is compulsory to fill separate transport application form. For enquiry, contact admission office at Ropar.
Transportation facility once opted is applicable for one semester & cannot be cancelled in between, irrespective of usage of the facility.
Once transportation facility opted, students are liable to pay full semester fees of transportation. irrespective of usage of facility or due to late enrollment for transportation facility, for whatever may be the reason.
Schedule of payment of transportation fees is same as schedule of semester fees payment. In case of late payment, same fine will be applicable as it is for semester fees payment.
There will be no separate notice / reminder will be given for payment of transportation fees. Notice regarding payment of semester fees should also be considered as notice for payment of transportation fees.
