The short answer is “YES”. The course is conducted at Steller School of Real Estate by Lamrin Tech Skill University. LTSU is established by the Govt of Punjab under Punjab State Act No 22 of 2021. The university is included in list of universities under section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956, it has collaborated with National Skill Development Corporation, Government of India.
The course starts on 15th of every month and admission is on first come first basis. The program seats are limited.
Our industry oriented hands-on real estate training course is affordable. Infact it would be much less than your commission on just one transaction. However, the course fee is:
- INR 50,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)
Total duration of this Certificate Course is 6 Months.
This Certificate Course in Real Estate is under National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) approved by NSDC Government of India. Total duration is 3 Months program which has a perfect blend of the following:
- Offline (Campus Study – 96 Hours)
- Online (126 Hours)
- On Job Training known as Skill Component (504 Hours)
The Steller School of Real Estate is the Real Estate Education wing of Lamrin Tech Skill University. The LTSU offers state-of-the-art infrastructure. It is first of its kind Skill University in India with an investment of INR 1630 crore. The campus is spread in a sprawling 80 acres of land.
This real estate course is called RESEED. It stands for Real Estate School of Education & Entrepreneurship Development.
For the first time in India, the top industry professionals and the academia have collectively envisaged a specialized certificate program in real estate called RESEED. This course is conducted at Steller School of Real Estate by LTSU. The university has collaborated with National Skill Development Corporation, Government of India.
All the participants of RESEED who successfully complete this training program will be entitled for 30 credits from Steller School of Real Estate by Lamrin Tech Skill University under section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956 and partner organization NSDC, National Skill Development Corporation.
The course fee is directly paid to the university and the fees is non-refundable.
Our faculties comprising of industry practitioners and top industry instructors will assist you with the know-how to apply for an independent RERA certified real estate agent.
The process to become a real estate channel partner/agent varies by state, but it typically includes a combination of the following:
- Ensuring you meet the prerequisites, like being 18 or older
- PAN, ID Proof, Address Proof
- Completing the required Pre-Licensing education

The average earning of a real estate channel partner/agent working with a large Brokerage House can easily be INR 6 Lakhs per year plus the sales incentives which will be an additional bonus.
An independent Channel Partner/Agent can earn ten folds and will always have the opportunity to multiply their business income within any single financial year.
Real estate development companies may pay from 2% to 6% sales commission on the sale of houses termed as primary sales. In a resale market termed as secondary sales, commission may vary from 1% to 2% of the total sales value. The success fee / sales commission is the payment to be received by real estate agents after making a sale on a property.
