SEMINAR ON “Interview Skills”

Rayat Institute of Pharmacy (RIP) organized a guest lecture on “Interview Skill" on September 13, 2023 in seminar hall Block-A, Lamrin Tech skills University. The guest lecture focused on the skills which are needed to crack an interview in any sector.

The program commenced at 11:00 am with the welcome speech address by Ms. Amanpreet Kaur (Associate Professor- Pharmacology). The dignitaries on the dias were Mr. Surender Turan (DGM HR-Sunpharma), Mr. Jaswinder Singh (HR-Sun Pharma) and Ms.Kiran (HR-Sun Pharma).

Opening remarks and introduction of Sun pharma vision, number of manufacturing unit at different places (within India and other countries) and its worldwide revenue was shared by Mr. Surender Turan. He also enlightened the work environment for females in industry along with discussion on gender biodiversity and its role in Indian economy. Further he discussed another module how to make an effective power point presentation and how to present it. Further, our worthy director Prof. Dr. Naresh Singh Gill also shared his knowledge and expertise with the students and how learning interview skills are crucial for the pharmacy students.
