The Marketing Club “Golden Hawks” conducted two activities “The Brand Challenge” & “Ad- Mad Show” on November 3, 2023 to make students aware about various marketing and strategic challenges faced by the company and to explain the importance of advertisement to create awareness of brands, products, services and ideas.
The Brand challenge is thrilling entrepreneurship challenge, where students’ innovative minds take the role of pioneering entrepreneurs tackle actual failed business problems, develop thorough turnaround plans and demonstrate the strategic process. This activity provided a platform for students to showcase their marketing prowess. The students developed a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation outlining innovative strategies which included detailed execution steps, cost saving initiative and innovative product/ service offerings. The students came up with innovative ideas & the revival strategies for the failed business in a very creative manner. The second interesting game entitled, ‘Ad Mad show’ wherein a product/service/brand was given to the students in advance, and the Students presented an advertisement for the same. The Students were creative in their presentations and came up with some super interesting and hilarious advertisement ideas. Ms Gurpreet Kaur (BBA 2nd year), Ms Priya and Ms. Rupinder Kaur Sandhu (BBA 1st year) were announced as winner.
