With over 17 years of experience at industry giants like Google and Microsoft, Mr. Tanwar shared invaluable insights into the ever-evolving IT hiring landscape.  He emphasized the importance of aligning personal values with industry needs and highlighted key trends like adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration. Students were encouraged to leverage social media to stay updated on job market demands.  The lively Q&A session sparked thoughtful discussions on hiring processes, internships, and the power of networking.
