HR Club Activity 

HR Club “Hire Hunters” organized an engaging ‘HR Activity’ on April 19, 2024.This event was meticulously crafted to not only engage participants in interactive games but also to facilitate invaluable team-building exercises aimed at fostering personal growth and honing essential professional skills.
The highlight of the event was the execution of two dynamic activities: "Building Pyramid" and "Falling Balloon" both of which served as catalysts for showcasing teamwork, problem-solving abilities, task management, and strategic thinking among the participants.

In the "Building Pyramid" activity, teams demonstrated exceptional synergy and coordination as they worked collaboratively to construct pyramids using paper glasses. The level of proactive engagement exhibited by each team underscored their commitment to success, making this activity a true testament to the power of teamwork and strategic planning.

Similarly, the "Falling Balloon" activity provided a platform for participants to showcase their communication skills and coordination prowess. Standing in a circle, students were tasked with protecting a balloon from touching the ground using only their body parts. The enthusiasm and
energy displayed by the participants throughout this activity were truly commendable, reflecting their dedication to achieving the shared objective.

Amidst spirited participation, I am delighted to announce the winners of both activities:

• For the "Building Pyramid" activity, Ms. Lovepreet Kaur and her team emerged as deserving victors, embodying the essence of teamwork and strategic thinking.
• In the "Falling Balloon" activity, Ms. Lovegeet Kaur and her team showcased exemplary communication and coordination skills, securing their well-deserved triumph.
