The University School of Commerce and Management hosted an enlightening seminar on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, featuring Mrs. Sukhpreet Monga, a Chartered Accountant and Managing Director of WorkGlobal Services. Mrs. Monga, an expert with over eight years of experience, shared her extensive knowledge on securing high-paying jobs in prestigious organizations like the Big 4 and multinational corporations (MNCs).

Throughout the seminar, Mrs. Monga provided students with practical strategies for navigating the competitive job market within these top-tier firms. She emphasized the importance of financial expertise, continuous learning, and effective networking in building a successful career. Drawing from her own professional journey, she offered valuable insights into the recruitment processes of leading firms and highlighted the key attributes they seek in candidates.

The seminar was well-attended by faculty members, including Deputy Dean Mrs. Vikramjit Kaur and Dr. Joney Janotra, as well as students from the BBA, B.Com, and MBA programs.
