HR Club "Hire Hunters" Hosts Engaging HR Activity Event
On October 18, 2024, the HR Club "Hire Hunters" organized an enriching and interactive 'HR Activity' event designed to not only entertain but also to enhance vital team-building and professional skills. This thoughtfully planned event featured a range of collaborative games aimed at fostering personal growth and honing essential competencies like communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
The event’s highlights were two dynamic activities: "Back to Back Drawing" and "Helium Roll," both of which provided an excellent platform for participants to demonstrate their abilities in teamwork, coordination, task management, and creative problem-solving.
In the "Back to Back Drawing" activity, participants worked in pairs to create a collective artwork, with one person describing the image and the other drawing it—without seeing the original. This game fostered creativity and communication, allowing individuals to collaborate in a unique way. The final artwork was a brilliant reflection of the diverse ideas and styles brought together by the group, highlighting the strength of their teamwork and shared vision.
Similarly, the "Helium Roll" activity presented an exciting challenge: participants had to work together to prevent a roll from touching the ground using only their fingers. This task required precise coordination and strong communication, as the entire team had to move in sync to achieve the common goal. The energy, enthusiasm, and determination of all participants were evident, as they embraced the challenge with great commitment.
We are pleased to announce the winners of these activities:
- "Back to Back Drawing": Ms. Renuka and her team claimed victory, demonstrating outstanding teamwork, creativity, and strategic planning.
- "Helium Roll": Mr. Manraj Singh and his team secured a well-deserved win, showcasing impeccable coordination and communication skills.
Overall, the event was a resounding success, filled with learning, collaboration, and fun. The participants’ spirit of cooperation and dedication to the tasks at hand was truly commendable, and the skills gained from these activities will undoubtedly contribute to their professional growth.
