Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for the Director – Training and Placement at Lamrin Tech Skills University. The role of Director –Training and Placement will be to build and develop relationships with both new and existing corporate’s to significantly impact the employability opportunities for students to meet the objectives outlined of placement along with Campus Placement Drives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Building, developing, and maintaining relations with Corporate’s, Industry, Campus Recruiters, and Established startups.
  2. Lead the Training and Placement activities in LTSU.
  3. Building, developing, and maintaining relations with Premium Recruiters viz. Google, Facebook, Microsoft etc. and Bulk Recruiters like Infosys, IBM, Accenture etc.
  4. Work on building a comprehensive database of Industry contacts.
  5. Organizing, Designing & Managing Corporate Events and Summits.
  6. Ideation, strategizing, and execution of promotion strategies to attract high-profile speakers, corporate heads and guests.
  7. Coordinate with all the institution heads and faculties to ensure the smooth progression of Placement drives, industrial visits, guest lectures, and related activities.
  8. Preparation of report for regular analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. 12+ years of experience in Corporate Relations or Business Development profile.
  2. B2B, Business Development, and Client Acquisition across industries.
  3. A sound understanding of placement activities and the campus recruitment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Must be able to travel frequently.
